Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Effective Date: 19 March 2025
At noticedyou.com, we are fully committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users of our platform. Although our app is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and older, we recognize the importance of protecting vulnerable individuals and preventing the misuse of our platform for any illegal or exploitative purposes.
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and we actively work to prevent and respond to any such content or behavior, in compliance with international standards and platform policies.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
We do not allow any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, exploitation, or other activities that threaten the safety and well-being of minors. Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and any accounts suspected to be created by or for minors will be removed.
Any user found engaging in CSAE-related activity will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. Prevention and Enforcement
To ensure our platform remains free of CSAE content or behavior:
Access is restricted to users aged 18 and older.
We use automated and manual systems to detect and prevent inappropriate or illegal content.
Our moderation team reviews flagged activity promptly and thoroughly.
We take action against false age declarations or impersonation of minors.
3. Reporting Abuse
We encourage users to report any suspicious content or behavior. Reports can be submitted through the app or by contacting our team directly:

Every report is reviewed with urgency, and appropriate action—including suspension, banning, and legal reporting—is taken in line with our policies.
4. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. Any CSAE-related content or behavior identified on our platform is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Compliance with Legal Standards
We comply with all relevant child protection laws and digital safety regulations, including:
COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
UNCRC (United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child)
Google Play Developer Program Policies
6. Ongoing Commitment
We are continuously improving our technology and moderation practices to uphold user safety and prevent misuse. We are committed to being transparent, responsive, and vigilant in our fight against exploitation.
